Meet District 401’s Newest Administrators
Krista Kerber, Marketing & Publishing Specialist

We are excited to announce that eleven new administrators will be joining us at District 401 for the 2025–26 school year. These leaders bring a wealth of knowledge, a genuine passion for education, and a commitment to helping every student succeed. Their unique experiences and perspectives will strengthen our schools and inspire those around them.

“I got into education because I believe in the power of mentorship and growth,” said Rikki Schullo, Dean of Students at Elm Middle School. “I’ve seen firsthand how the right support system can completely shift a student’s trajectory.”

For Lily Green, Assistant Principal at John Mills Elementary, her passion is rooted in shaping the future. “There is something special about knowing you have contributed to the next generation—helping to build their foundation and watching them grow,” she said. “Moving into educational leadership has deepened this sense of purpose; I believe it is our moral duty to ensure that every student has access to a high-quality education and opportunities to thrive.”

The team at District 401 is fortunate to have such dedicated and talented leaders on board. Learn more about each of them—and discover a fun fact you might not know—by clicking through the slideshow below. We are looking forward to an outstanding year with an unbeatable team!
